I welcome opportunities to work alongside aligned individuals and organizations that support the betterment of our well-being and community. Freestyle Wellness Studio is growing in our offerings. Our Outdoor Explore series returns with "Wednesday Walks" but we are also looking to have some weekend adventures, some planting classes, and educational opportunities. What to expect:
1 hour walk + a 15 minute meditation (optional)
We take time to be present in the parks, enjoy the surrounding sounds of nature, and move our bodies.
The locations vary around Greater Cincinnati to encourage us to explore new parts of our city while welcoming variety!
You will receive specific meetup location details upon registration or if you're a subscriber.
